We are firmly committed to providing a contractor's guarantee on all construction services performed for our clients.
Our warranty covers both materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years. Our company success is based upon our client's satisfaction with our services, and we want our clients to feel confident about the lasting quality of our work and future service.
Within the terms of our warranty*, we assume responsibility for the condition of your protective surface treatment and will provide remedial services in a timely, convenient manner and emergency services within 12 hours. We believe our two-year warranty is unique in our industry, and we are proud to offer it to all our clients.
*Our warranty excludes conditions caused by the lack of a sub-slab moisture barrier, misuse or excessive abuse of the surface (i.e., dragging of pallets or heavy objects, impact from metal objects, thermal shock, or damage due to swivel steel wheels, etc.) nor does this obligation extend to problems beyond our control such as acts of God, natural disasters, structural inadequacies, etc. Included in our warranty is a no-cost inspection service, upon request, to inspect our installation and determine its condition and future serviceability.
