Estimate and direct new and rehabilitative construction projects, encompassing protective coatings, concrete repairs and resurfacing, commercial roofing, masonry repairs, joint repairs, and caulking.

Advanced Flooring Technologies - Virginia Beach, VA 1994 - 1996
Sales Manager/Project Coordinator for industrial coatings contractor. Generated sales, including follow-up of leads from product manufacturers. Sales territory encompassed Southeastern states. Assisted with estimation of proposals for new work. Provided supervision of personnel during job site installations.

Nu-Way Builders of Virginia - Mechanicsville, VA 1972 - 1994
Owner of commercial/residential general contracting firm in the Richmond area with annual gross sales to $7 million. Managed up to 15 employees on private, public and military projects. Directed all aspects of the business including sales, marketing, financial operations, and purchasing.
