Epoxy Coatings
Epoxy floor coatings are high performance coatings that have been designed to provide a semi-gloss, high gloss, or stipple finish with above-average chemical, abrasion, and impact resistance. They offer protection against splash, spillage and fumes of many process chemicals, caustic cleaners, oils, fuels, and acids. Epoxy floor coatings provide durable finishes over new and existing concrete surfaces, and are used wherever a high-build, protective coating is needed, such as in manufacturing, warehousing, animal care, and automotive facilities.
Acrylic Coatings
Acrylic coatings are water-based systems for interior or exterior applications that require a rapid curing time as well as a “breathable” system allowing for moisture vapor transmission. They provide excellent thermal shock and high heat resistance, in addition to chemical and stain resistance. Acrylic coatings offer an aesthetically appealing appearance, in smooth or textured finishes, engineered for durability and easy cleanability.
Polyurethane Coatings
Polyurethane coatings offer high durability and strong resistance to chemicals, oil and grease, and ultraviolet light. These coatings provide a tough, glossy finish that works well in commercial/industrial environments such as food manufacturing plants, aircraft hangars, vehicle maintenance facilities, medical institutions, and correctional facilities. Polyurethane coatings are also used as a topcoat application for other protective coating systems.
Methyl Methacrylate (MMA)
Methyl methacrylate (MMA) is used as a protective surface treatment for vertical and horizontal surfaces due to the speed with which it cures and can be installed, requiring minimal downtime. This technology has a broad installation temperature range as well as good color stability. Due to its rapid cure qualities and flexible strength, MMA systems are successfully used in commercial/industrial applications such as coolers, freezers, and other extremely cold environments.
Vinyl Ester Coatings
Vinyl ester coatings provide ultimate performance in chemical resistance and protect surfaces exposed to high impact stress and thermal shock. The products are typically formulated as high-build, fast-curing systems for excellent corrosion resistance in tough industrial environments subject to aggressive chemical exposure, chemical processing and storage, and secondary containment. Typical applications include metal and mining, water and wastewater, chemical processing, petrochemical, and pulp and paper facilities.
