Decorative Quartz Floors

Decorative quartz flooring systems incorporate colored, fine quartz aggregates that are broadcast into high solids epoxy resins to form a protective surface treatment that is aesthetically pleasing, durable, and resistant to wear, staining and chemicals. It is an economical decorative floor that provides 1/16” to 1/8” thickness overlay, which can be applied to provide either a textured or smooth finish, as desired. It is frequently used in locker and shower rooms, commercial kitchens, correctional facilities, and clean rooms.

Flake Floors

Decorative flake flooring systems consist of a blend of flat, colored vinyl chips or flakes, which are broadcast into an epoxy resin, to provide a smooth or non-skid, multicolored protective surface treatment. It is a relatively low maintenance flooring system that offers high wear and maximum durability for light to medium traffic areas. Flake floors are often used in locker and shower rooms, corridors, laboratories, showrooms, kitchens, and production areas.

Thin-Set Epoxy Terrazzo

Thin-set epoxy terrazzo is a highly decorative, pigmented, 100% solids, two-component epoxy resin system. This trowel mortar system consists of an epoxy/terrazzo matrix, mixed with colored marble, glass, granite chips, or other approved aggregates, which is then ground, polished, and sealed with an acrylic sealer. This decorative flooring system offers outstanding durability and wear, unlimited color and design options, and chemical and stain resistance. It is typically used in commercial, retail, and institutional facilities.

Polished Concrete

Concrete polishing is the process of grinding concrete, using successive diamond grit disks, to yield a concrete surface that has a glossy sheen and high reflectivity. Due to recent advances in polishing techniques and equipment and the superior durability and performance of concrete, polished concrete is being used in retail, warehouse, and office facilities as an alternative to marble, granite, tile, linoleum, or coated concrete.  It is a relatively inexpensive floor treatment that offers a smooth, high luster floor that can be stained to appear like polished stone.
