  • chemical corrosion
  • erosion and spalling
  • dusting of concrete surface
  • water vapor transmission
  • oil and grease stains
  • growth of bacteria or fungi
  • slick and dangerous surfaces
  • delamination due to freeze/thaw cycling
  • surface cracks and/or breakage of joints (control, expansion, etc.)
  • buildup of static electricity
